• Now that your photo is ready, you're ready to upload your photo using our website. Make sure you have your certificate (you'll need the certificate number) Simply click on the "Next Step" button below. When you see the "Thank You" message after you submit the photo and the form, you need to do nothing else but sit back and receive your new heirloom! You can rest assured that we're hard at work weaving a great new PictureWeave blanket just for you!

• If you'd rather mail the photo and your form to us via the US Post Office or another means, please place your photo into an envelope along with some protective cardboard and mail it back to us.
